MRS. REBECCA LONG, 95, FORMER LOCAL RESIDENT, DIES; SERVICES TUESDAY
WINAMAC--Mrs. Rebecca Long, 95, former resident of Logansport for 20 years, died Saturday afternoon at the Lafayette Soldiers Home where she was admitted three days ago.
She had been at the Bird Nursing Home, Royal Center, before being taken to Lafayette.
A native of Star City, she was born Feb. 24, 1858, daughter of William and Margaret Richardson Enyeart.
Her husband died in 1929. Survivors include only nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Fry and Lange funeral home and rites will be there at two o'clock Tuesday. The Reverend C. D. Barringer of the Christian church will officiate and burial will be in the Star City cemetery.
