Richard A. Wagner Jr., 65, died February 27, 2006 at University Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born April 10, 1940 to Richard A. Wagner Sr. and Dessie Rhe Jenkins Wagner.

He was predeceased by his father Richard,Sr. and one son, Johnny Ray. He is survived by his wife, Ellen; his mother, Dessie Wagner; daughter, Regina (Mike) Casey; and son, Eddy Dean (Renee) Baker both of Milan, Tenn.; grandchildren, Pfc. Kevin Casey, Kelly Casey and Kyle Baker; five step-children, and many step grandchildren; sister, Barbara (Eddie) Heathcott; two special nieces, Ramona (Howard) Bennett of Little Rock and Alicia Heathcott of Heber Springs; two aunts, Nona Odom of Batesville, Miss. and Grace Davis of Drasco; and host relatives and friends.

He served in the Navy and was a life member of the VFW.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to UAMS ACRC and UAMS CARTI. They are forever a part of our family. Memorials may be made to UAMS ACRC or UAMS CART!.

Funeral service will be March 3 at 2 p.m. at Chastain Chapel Church and interment in Chastain Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Woodall and Rev. Todd Murray will be officiating.
