This is Dad and Mom - Elmer and Ruth Turner. I think it may have been the following year after this was made that they divorced. Just one of those things I guess but neither one ever remarried and they still called each other and wrote letters to each other and mom always fixed dad Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner. I am writing this and adding it to moms memorial 8-17-07 and dad is still living and is 92 yrs old.

This is Dad, Susie, Dean, Mom, William and Sarah on the end who is Williams daughter. Even though mom and dad divorced in the late 70's we always seemed to be able to get together at Christmas and sometimes other occasions.

This is me (Susie). There was this little park years ago in downtown Atoka and that is where this picture was taken. Mom had 3 old photos of me there on a horse. This is one of them. She gave them to me not to long before she passed away.
