Passed away peacefully at St. Andrews Terrace Cambridge on Thursday April 21, 2011 in his 89th year. Beloved father of Frank and his wife Sandy of Oshawa, Hermine Haas and her husband Werner of Cambridge. Also survived by his grandchildren Michael (Lisa), Brandon (Genia), Stephen (Jesse), Monika (Ray), and great grandchildren Courtney, Christopher, Zachary, Erik, William, Kyle, and Bradyn and his brother Franz of Germany. Predeceased by his 1st. wife Anna Feil ,and 2nd wife Doris. The family will receive friends at Barthel Funeral Home on Saturday April 23, 2011 from 1 P. M. until services in the chapel at 2 P.M. Cremation to follow. As expressions donations to Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
