Mrs. Daniel (Mary) McCool, 63, 716 Eau Claire Ave., well known resident of Calgary for 35 years, died Friday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. H.V. O'Connor, 901 19th Ave. W.
Mrs. McCool was an active member of the Catholic Women's League and of St. Mary's Cathedral. She was born in Ireland.
Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. H.V. O'Connor, Mrs. H. Nicholson and Mrs. S.L. Portigal, all of Calgary; four sons, Patrick, William and Frank, who plays hockey with the Toronto Maple Leafs, all of Calgary; Cpl. James, overseas; three brothers, John Frize and James Frize, both of Ireland; Patrick of California; two sisters, Mrs. J. White and Mrs. S. Broley, both in Ireland.
