Stella, a native and resident of Abbeville worked as a nurse's aid and was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church as well as the Ladies Altar Society. She passed away Tuesday Sept. 9, 2014 in a local care facility.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Picard Breaux and Theresa Picard Boudreaux both of Abbeville,5 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Germain Picard, her parents Joseph and Rose Suire Bourque, her brother Charles Picard and her sister Ella M. Bourque.
