Byer was buried beside of 2 of his prior wives which would be Nancy Clemantine Tilly and Martha J Farley Sneed (as his first marriage to Jemima Ellen Meadows ended in divorce).

Thanks to Bob Zingo 48915106 for the record from the Raleigh Herald from Jan 3 1913 that at least supports that they are buried together.
