Hays -- Elizabeth A. Heronime, 78, died April 2, 1990 at Hadley Regional Medical Center, Hays. She was born June 3, 1911 at Pfeifer, the daughter of Jacob and Elizabeth Urban.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Pfeifer.

On May 19, 1932 she married Gus Heronime at Wichita. He survives.

Other survivors include: two sons, Donald and Paul, both of Carbondale; two daughters, Valeria Afshar of Littleton, Colo., Betty Jean Dawkins of Freeport, Fla.; three brothers, Paul Urban of Salina, Simon Urban of Luray, Jerry Urban of Hutchinson; two sisters, Hilda Murray, Katharyn Urban, both of Hays; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Parish rosary will be at 7 p.m. today at Hays Memorial Chapel, Hays. Funeral mass will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Pfeifer, with Father Didacus Dunn presiding. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the memorial chapel. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Memorial has been established with Hadley Regional Medical Center.
