Margaret "Peg" Duell, 64, of DeWitt died Monday at Crouse Hospital.
She was born in Albany. She was a cook for 20 years at Ruston's Diner, Jamesville. She was a member of the Jamesville Sportsman Club.
Survivors: Three daughters, Lynn Hall of Jamesville, Karen Andersen of Greene and Elaina Morgan of Earlville; three sons, Herbert J. Jr. of Jamesville, John F.K. of Syracuse and Jeffrey of Delphi Falls; six sisters, Marie Godin of Connecticut, Ann Mastro, Jean Talmadge, Catherine Micalizzi and Joyce Buskey, all of Schenectady, and Edith Lamasney of Ballston Spa; seven brothers, John Hofmann of Guilderland, Charlie and Bob Hofmann, both of Duanesburg, Peter Hofmann of Central Bridge, Mike Hofmann of Esperance, Eddie Hofmann of Scotia and George Hofmann of Middleburg; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Services: Noon Thursday at DeWitt Memorial Funeral Home. Burial, Walnut Grove Cemetery, Jamesville. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 4901 Jamesville Road, Jamesville.
