Mrs. Cullins was born June 25, 1896, in Hamilton County to Douglas W. and Flora D.(Echols) Daily. In 1917, she married Wilburn H. Cullins who is deceased.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Friday at Blooming Grove Baptist Church under the direction of Gholson Funeral Home with the Revs. Gary Davenport and Lester Dean officiating. Burial followed at Blooming Grove Cemetery in McLeansboro.
Mrs. Cullins is survived by one nephew, Myron Daily, Peoria; five neices, Mrs. Mildred Neal, McLeansboro, Mrs. Imogene Myers, McLeansboro, Mrs. Elizabeth Honig, Nashville, Mrs. Ruth Jackson, Belleville, and Mrs. Helen M. Heidinger, Fairfield.
Mrs. Cullins was a member of Illinois Retired Teachers Association and Blooming Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers, Wayne Daily and Frank Daily; and one sister, Myrtle Rawls.
