A sunny September Sunday was the scene for Beechwood Day on the grounds of the Iron County Museum in Caspian as over 200 visitors thronged the grounds. The day was a special occasion in particular for four families – all of whom had either lived in the log cabin moved from the Art Ranta farm and being reconstructed on the grounds, or were descendants of the occupants.
Information seems to indicate that the cabin was built in the Panic of 1893 and occupied by Charles Lindstrom.
