Funeral Services Held for Mrs. Grissom
Funeral services for Mrs. Mae Belle Grissom, age 83, of Quitman, were held at 10 AM Monday, December 28, in the Quitman Baptist Church.
Rev. C. C. Milstead and Rev. Roger Johnson conducted the services. Interment was in the Antioch Cemetery near Quitman under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Mrs. Grissom died Saturday in the Alpine Nursing Home of Ruston, following a long illness.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. H. L. Henry, Jr., of Ruston; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survive.
Pallbearers were Pete Harvey, Doyle Carr, Ermon McConathy, Paul Nunn, Jack Minter and J. W. Richardson.
