Eileen F. Davies September 25, 2014 Eileen Davies of Cape Coral passed away September 25, 2014 after a wonderful life of 79 years during which she was able to share her beautiful smile, her loving care and her wit and charm with so many. She will always be remembered for the self-sacrificing life she led and the joy she brought to everyone she knew. She is survived by her loving husband, Howard, with whom she spent 60 wonderful years. Eileen is also survived by 5 children. Brian and JoAnn Davies of Lighthouse Point FL, Kevin and Nancy Davies of Asheville NC, Craig Davies of Naples FL, Duane Davies of Bloomington IL and Karen and Jeff Brown of Cape Coral FL. She was also blessed with 8 grandchildren, Colleen and Paul Kincaid, Stephen and Hollie Davies, Glenn and Autumn Davies, Brendan and Stephanie Davies, Erin and Adam Raschke, Kyle Davies, Lauren Brown and Stephen Brown. 4 great grandchildren Chandler and Tinsley Davies and Trey and Tyler Raschke. She is also survived by a brother, Larry Trott of NC and a sister, Maxine Stepp-Ellis of OH. Visitation will be Monday Sept.29 from 6-8 PM at Fuller Metz Funeral Home Cape Coral.
Funeral Mass will be Tuesday Sept.30 at 10 AM at St.Katharine Drexel Catholic Church Cape Coral with interment to follow at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Moffitt Cancer Research Center, Tampa FL.
