The cause of his death was contusion of brain, tramatic head injury. Shock, multiple
abrasions and lacerations left upper extremity, head and chest, Fracture left femur due to
a Head on Auto collision. he was thrown from car on Oct 2, 1955. He died at 7:00p.m.
