Married Elizabeth Sneeringer, daughter of John and Elizabeth (Smith) Sneeringer, on January 26, 1836, at the same church. He was a blacksmith residing in Mount Pleasant Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania. John and Elizabeth were the parents of these children:

1. Louisa Ann Felix, born June 30, 1839, in Adams County, Pennsylvania. Baptized on July 7, 1839, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Conewago Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania. She married George Y. Hemler on January 10, 1860, at the same church. Died 26 May, 1905.

2. John Francis Felix, Jr., born April 23, 1842 in Adams County, Pennsylvania. Baptized May 8, 1842 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Conewago Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania.

3. Joseph Ignatius Felix, born April 29, 1844, in Adams County, Pennsylvania. Baptized 16 May, 1844, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Conewago Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Died 4 September, 1858.
