MO death Certificate 8472 buried March 14, 1912 in the Koehler Cemetery.

Common Labor and farm labor. Informant was Son Henry Mills. Married Twice. May have been married 3 times.
State of Missouri Digital records state he is buried in the Koehler Cemetery.

Census records show he was born in Tennessee but his Son Henry Samuel Mills as informant, states on the death cert that he was born in Perry County. There is a Perry County Missouri and a Perry County Tennessee. Both Counties have a city called Perryville and named after War of 1812 Naval hero Oliver Hazard Perry. Clarification of this was not made by the writer of this death certificate.

Wife 1: Sarah A Foster married 1871 Fredericktown, Madison County, Missouri. A Missouri State Census in 1876 had them living in Township 33 in Madison County, Missouri in 1876 with 2 Sons, James and Henry.
