MRS. MARGARET SOLBERG DIED AT 82 AT MASON CITY FOLLOWING LONG ILLNESS
Funeral services were held at Saint Patrick's Church in Dougherty at 9:00 o'clock Friday for Mrs. Margaret Solberg. Mrs. Solberg, 82, died Tuesday afternoon at Mercy Hospital in Mason City following a long illness.
She was born July 1, 1865, at Jerico, later moving to Dougherty which was her home about 45 years. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son.
Surviving are four nieces, Mrs. Mary Welsh, Mrs. John Alton, Mrs. Thomas McDonough and Mrs. C. W. Mottram, all of Saint Paul, Minnesota; seven nephews, the Rev. Francis Welsh, Thomas, Clarence, Joe and Mike Welsh, Gene and John Commerford, also of Saint Paul; a daughter-in-law; and four grandchildren.
The Rev. Paul Maguire officiated at the services.
