Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Phillips of the Watson community near here, who died Friday at the Desha County Hospital in Dumas, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Grove Baptist Church at Watson. Burial will be in Porter Cemetery at Watson by Brown Funeral Home of Dumas.

The service originally was scheduled for Sunday but was postponed due to the weather, according to a spokesman for the funeral home.

A native of Demopolis, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Martha McIntosh.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Beatrice White of Watson; two brothers, Earnest McIntosh of Pine Bluff and Bill McIntosh of Forrest City; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
