Marion Estelle Connelly nee Clohesy was my godmother. I saw
her seldom but I did stop over at their home in Oak Park, Il. on my way home from Fenwick High School. I was a freshman at the time and I was invited to stay for dinner
and I remember that "Peter Pan" was on their T.V. at the
time of my visit. The last time that I saw the entire Connelly family was at the wedding of one of their sons at the SOUTH SHORE COUNTRY CLUB. Marion is buried in the Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois. Others in this lot are:
Beatrice A. Connelly (D: May 1984), Melvinia D. Ashe (D: Nov. 1954), Frank M. Ashe (D: April 1958), Marion Estelle
Connelly, (June 1983)and her husband, Leo J. Connelly (Feb.
1988). Marion Estelle Connelly nee Clohesy parents were
Michael Joseph Clohesy and Elizabeth Ellen Collins. Her older brother was Philip Michael Clohesy who died of the

Marine and he is buried in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Hillside,
Il. in Section "R" with his father,Michael Joseph Clohesy and grandparents, David
