Dr. Rubye Hopkins Jones, 84, of Greenville, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at her home. Born in Cayce, SC, she was the daughter of the late Minnie Johnson and Thomas Woodard Hopkins.
Left to cherish her loving fond memories is her husband; John Wesley Jones: daughters; Karen (Larry) Cooke of Mauldin, SC and Kimberly O’Bannon of Fayetteville, GA: sister; Dorothy Robinson of Columbia, SC: four grandchildren: and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Saturday, October 11, 2014, 2:00 PM at Springfield Baptist Church, with burial in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
