She was born in Webster, daughter of the late Ovilla and Yvonne (Pratt) Rondeau. She worked as Pharmacy Technician at Hubbard Regional Hospital until retiring in 1982.
Along with being a loving and supportive wife and mother, Priscilla was an instrumental player in the fundraising campaign which made the original building of the Torchy McGeary Fields in Webster possible. She was also a member of the Webster Emblem Club.
