Miles Ross' wife Mary E. PORTER Ross' surname IS Porter, not Potter. She was the sister of my grandfather Clifford Porter. Their parents were Hubert Guy Porter (Aug. 28, 1878-Dec. 17, 1963) & Edith Long (1878-Jan. 1941) Edith is a direct descendant of the famous John/Philip Long, ancestor of all the Long/Lang families in Maine & New Brunswick.

Mary's maiden name has also been recorded as Potter.
