WADE, Jo Ann age 68, of Dayton, departed this life Thursday, October 16, 2014 to join her heavenly family. Born December 2, 1945 in Tyler, Texas and a resident of Dayton since 1966. She retired from Meadowbrook Country Club. Preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Geneva Johnson; daughters, Debra Johnson and Robin Pinson; brothers, Maurice, Henry, Billy and James Johnson; sisters, Alicetine, Earnestine, Barbara Jean, Gloria and Linda Johnson. She leaves to cherish her memories her loving sons, Charles Johnson and Carlos Wade (Denise); daughter, Mia Lowe (Ray); sister, Yvonne Johnson; brothers, George (Connie) and Russell (Sandy) Johnson; granddaughters, Mardeisa Smith (Antwuan), Robin Johnson, DeVonne Stewart, Ashley Brooks, Gelysa Greene, Breonna Pinson, and Elise Wade; grandsons, Rontaye Johnson, Clayton Garner, Lamar Clarks, Chauncey and Charles Johnson, and Carlos Wade Jr.; 14 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Funeral service will be held 11 am Friday, October 24, 2014 at the House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Rev. Chad White officiating. Interment Jeffersonview Cemetery.
