EX-YERINGTON MAN IS DEAD
— Benjamin Franklin Small, veteran dairyman of the west and a former resident of Yerington, died yesterday [Friday, 1 April 1932] afternoon at his home, 438 1/2 Sutro street, following an illness of three months. He was 60 years old.

A native of Kansas, most of his life had been spent in Idaho, where for 38 years he had followed dairying and the creamery business. Seven years ago he moved to Yerington and had engaged in dairy ranching. Three months ago he was obliged to retire from further activities and came to Reno.

He was the husband of Mrs. Minnie Small, father of Marvin Small of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Helen Wilcox of Idaho, Cecil Small of Reno, and brother of H. D. Small of Detroit, Mrs. Mary Rundle of Kansas, and R. L. Small of Salt Lake City.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by the O'Brien mortuary following the arrival of the son from Salt Lake this evening.
