BEY, PHILIP F., 81, Second Ave., New Eagle, formerly of Brownsville, died Sept. 10, 1975 in Monongahela Hospital.

He was born Sept 25, 1893 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late NICKOLAS and CAROLYNE BEY.

He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Monongahela.

He was a retired carpenter.

A World War I Army veteran, he was a charter member and a past commander of the A. Kramer Axton Post 295, American Legion, Brownsville. He was the organizer of the Post's Drum and Bugle Corps and for many years was its leader. He was also a member of the Brownsville Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 108.

Survivors include his wife, MRS. MADELINE KLEH BEY and a daughter, MRS. JOHN BOVE, with whom MR. and MRS. BEY made their home.

Burial in LaFayette Memorial Park under the direction of the Bebout, Yohe, and Ed Melenyzer Funeral Home, Monongahela.
