Adeline Baker, 89, of Logansport passed away unexpectedly at 2:14 a.m., Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Born on October 1, 1925 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Elizabeth (Rischitelli) Cappoli.

She retired after 35 years from RBM.

Adeline was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, VFW Ladies Aux., and the William Paca Lodge.

Survivors include her children, Ronald Baker (Velma) of Amarillo, Texas, Mary Foust of Logansport and Kurt Baker of Logansport, sisters, Mary Cappoli, Rose Kile and Clara Cappoli all of Logansport, grandchildren, Samantha Foust Young, Veronica Foust Schirm, Michael Foust, Tony Baker, Zack Baker, Naiis Valdez Baker and Darcie Bowman and great grandchildren, Asia Millbean, Wilhelmina Baker, Alaina, Aidan and Asher Schirm, Adeline and Ike Young, Hailey, Natalie and Ashlee Foust. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elmer E. Baker who preceded her in November of 1984, grandson, Craig T. Foust, brothers, Anthony and August Cappoli and sisters, Julie Johnson and Ann Loe.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Marocco-Rans Funeral Chapel with visitation from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. Father Dominic Petan will officiate.


Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
