Albert Kitzman 87, of Beloit, WI died Tuesday November 4, 2014 in his home. He was born on October 19, 1927 in Delavan, WI, the son of Albert and Minnie Belknap Kitzman. Albert was a 1945 graduate of Delavan Darien High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Mary A. Laudicina on January 20, 1951 in St. Peter’s Catholic Church in South Beloit, IL. Albert was a chef starting his career at The Corral, The Butterfly both of Beloit and was co-owner/chef of The Orleans Restaurant of Janesville, WI. He built sailboats in his younger years in Delavan. Albert was an avid Packer, Brewer and Cubs fan and enjoyed traveling and reading. Albert is survived by his wife, Mary; six children; 13 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and special friends. He was predeceased by his parents; eight brothers and five sisters and daughter- in-law, Sharon Kitzman. A Celebration of Albert’s Life will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 7, 2014 in the BRIAN G. MARK FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit, WI with the Reverend Dr. Timothy Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Eastlawn Cemetery with full Military Rites accorded.
