Stillions 1837-1870, memorial # 80515632, and the uncle (not father) of Samuel Stillions May 1838--February 11, 1909. Sam's death certificate confirms his parents as Newton & Jane and Sam's will names his "cousin," Rebecca [Stillions] Brown (daughter of Jacob) his executor and residuary legatee. In 1860 census, Rebecca Stillions is aged 15 in household of her parents Jacob & Susan, in Downey, Cedar County, IA. Her brother, Samuel W. Stillions and his wife Elizabeth are also in Downey, IA. in the household next to that of his parents, Jacob & Susan.
