SURVIVORS: three daughters, Jeannie Gill of Savannah, Joanne Joyner of Jesup and Connie Kurtz Fletcher of Waycross; three sons, Jim Halligan of Nahunta, Ronnie Bullard of Anaheim, Calif., and Larry Bullard of Evans; a sister, Mittie Anderson of Jesup; 23 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
