Quite a mystery. Who are you Annie? Your death certificate states that you lived at 5148 S. Lincoln (now Wolcott) but that you died at St Bernard Hospital from an eclampsia complicated pregnancy. Your death certificate stated that you were 30; the newspaper (Chicago Tribune, May 13, 1906) stated that you were 20. Your death certificate states that you were a widow, but there have been no records found of any Kubat males dying in the nine months before you died. There was a coroner's report associated with your death - which is quite unusual.

My grandfather and grandmother are found at 5148 S. Lincoln in the 1910 census. So I think that you were the second wife of my great grandfather.
