MRS. PATRICK BRICK
The death took place on Sunday of a former well-known resident of Emily,in the person of Mrs. Patrick Brick,30 King-st.,in her 71st year.
The deceased whose maiden name was Frances Hartnett was born in Emily Township and resided there all her life until about ten years ago,when,with her husband,she took up residence in Lindsay. About eleven months ago deceased sustained a paralytic stroke from which she never recovered.
Besides her husband there is left to mourn her loss,five sons and four daughters: Herbert and Levi of Lindsay; Patrick and Ambrose in Sask.; Fred,in North Dakota; Mrs. William O’Neill,of King’s Wharf; Mrs. Edward O’Neill,Kinmount; Mrs. William Irwin,Omemee; Mrs. Daniel O’Neill, of King’s Wharf; one brother,Patrick Hartnett, of Duluth,and five sisters: Mrs. Richard Calla- ghan,Minnesota; Mrs. Dennis Driscoll,Willow River,Wis.; Mrs. Mallon,Fort Frances,Ont.; Mrs. McNamara,Kinmount; Mrs. Patrick O’Neill, Omemee.
The funeral will leave the family residence,30 King-st.,on Tuesday,May 16th,at 8:45 a.m. and will proceed to St. Mary’s Church and thence to the Catholic cemetery.
