Mrs. Beach was born June 27, 1934 in Galion, Ohio residing in the Mansfield area most of her life. She retired from Foodtown Grocery Store and was a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post #9943. Alice loved to fish, camp and just being outdoors.
Surviving are two daughters, Kristi Butler of Mansfield; and Linda Crockett of Alabama; six grandchildren, Michael Beach; Rachael Gee; Shawn and Brian Ayers; Charles Butler, Jr. and Matthew Alan Butler; three great-grandchildren, Devon Lynn Beach; and Malcom and Katrina Gee; one brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Dorothy Beach and one sister-in-law, Jeanie Voss.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Beach; her parents, William J. and Eva I. Voss; and one brother, Eugene Voss.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Sunday March 10, 2002 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday March 11, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Brian R. Peltomaa. Burial will be in Windsor Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
