He was born in Streator Dec. 6, 1933, to John and Mary (Kudrick) Gayon. He served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict.
A lifetime resident of Streator, he retired from Teamsters Local 722. He was a member of St. Stephen's Church and Streator Elks Lodge 591.
Surviving are a half-sister, Margaret Williams of Orlando, Fla.; a nephew, Lawrence Kudrick of Bradford, R.I.
He was preceded in death by two half-brothers, Joseph Kudrick Jr. and William Kudrick; and a half-sister, Sister M. Innocent Kudrick.
