MOORE, Aloisia On Sunday, May 27, 2007, the world lost a beautiful soul. Aloisia Moore left us to be with the Father. Glory to God. Born in Augsburg, Germany on September 17, 1936, she experienced World War II as a child. In 1954 she met Frank Moore, Sr., a military service member, and later that year the couple were wed. She immigrated to this country in 1956 and in 1960 they bought their first home in Franklin, Ohio, where they stayed together for over 50 years. There they raised 2 children and she worked at home as a seamstress. In 1976 she became a U.S. citizen in celebration of the bi-centennial. In 1978 she began work at Elder-Beerman in Centerville as a bridal consultant until her retirement in 1993. The last years of her life were spent happily with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2005. She is survived by a brother and sister, Otto Weber and Irene Eser both of Augsburg, Germany, a daughter, Lisa Williams of Carlisle, a son, Frank Jr., of Middletown, and a granddaughter and great granddaughter, Valarie and Kailynn Brooks of Miamisburg. Devoted to God in life, she is with Him now in heaven but her heart will be with us always. Visitation will be Thursday, May 31, 2007 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, with funeral services Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Ricky L. Lawwill officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, Ohio. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
