Helen M. Strick, age 89, passed away, November 29, 2014 in Shawnee, Kansas. She graduated from Bishop Ward High School and lived in Kansas City, Kansas most of her life. She was a member of Christ The King Catholic Church. Helen was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Clifford Strick and parents, Peter and Virginia Rome. Helen is survived by her daughter, Patricia Hirt (Joe)-Shawnee, KS., son, David Strick (Diane) Basekor KS., 7 Grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. A mass of Christian burial will be,11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 3024 N. 53rd Street, Kansas City, KS. The family will receive friends 10:00 AM, Tuesday, 12/2/14 until time of service. The Burial will be Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 38th & State Ave., Kansas City, KS.
