Samuel Kincaide son of Otto & Hallie Gish Kinkade

Samuel first married Nellie Dee Steward in Central City Ky and they were the parents of Johnny Wayne Kincaide.

After the marriage ended Samuel relocated to Evansville Indiana he married Ruth Johnson, together they had 9 children.
