Jennifer Heyerly-Aker, 42 of Uniondale passed away at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday, December 09, 2014, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton. A service to celebrate Jennifer’s life will be held at 10:30 on Friday, December 12, 2014, at the funeral home with calling for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Bluffton. A complete obituary will be updated here on Wednesday afternoon. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
