Robert Thomas Hibbs, also known as Buster Hibbs, 40 died Sunday in the home of Lucy Higginbottom at Cross Roads after an illness of about three years. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Mary Cross Higginbottom, one daughter, Mrs. Robert Anderson, Cross roads, six brothers, Harold and Charles Hibbs of Hundred, John Hibbs of Mannington, James and Ernest Hibbs of Pittsburgh, Pa, and Samuel Hibbs of Cross Roads, four sisters, Mrs. Bonnie Kendall of Mannington, Mrs. Perry Snodgrass of Brink, Mrs. Alta Wilson of Grant Town, and Mrs. Earl Brewer of Cross Roads, and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday in the Wadestown Methodist Church with burial in the Wadestown Cemetery, Curry Funeral Home in Fairview in charge. (clipping Sylvia Sine Whittaker)
