South Jordan, UT-Nadine Evans Woodraska died unexpectedly at her home on December 10, 2014. She was born June 10, 1962 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada the daughter of Roy and Joan McCollom Evans. Nadine married Thomas R. Woodraska on February 2, 1990 in Waimea Falls Park in Halewia on the island of Oahu. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Jordan River LDS temple. Nadine was a manager for Nordstrom's working in the Eugene, Oregon and Murray, Utah store locations. She also was the owner and operator of Material Girls Quilt shop located in South Jordan, Utah. Nadine loved her family and spending time at Bear Lake. She is survived by her husband, Tom, daughter, Shelby, son, Parker. Also survived by sisters, Beverly & Susan, and 6 nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of her Life on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the River Ridge Stake Center, 10200 So. 1000 West, South Jordan, Utah, where a visitation will be held from 11 - 12:30 in her honor.
In keeping with Nadine's wishes she requested cremation so she may be buried near her mother's grave in Washington state.
