She was born on February 5, 1924 in Chidester, Ark. to the late General and Francis (Downs) Arnold.
Survivors include, Son, James Welch of Camden, Ark.; Daughters, Clara Lindsay of Milwaukee, WI, Maxine Sims of Chidester, Ark., Pauline Thomas of Pine Bluff, Ark., Carolyn Hayes of Camden, Ark.; Brother, William Arnold, Sister, Mamie McBride both of Rockford, Ill.
Funeral service will be 11:00a. Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Shiloh A.M.E. Church-Chidester, Ark. by Reverend Frank Harris, Jr. Interment will be in Shiloh Union Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 5-6:30p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
Her Body will lie in-state Thursday, 10:15a until start of Service.
