Rosemarie was born just outside of Leningrad, Russia, and was preceded in death by her husband Harry six months ago.
After surviving World War II, Rosemarie met her beloved husband Harry in Germany where they married in 1953.
Through her travels with Harry's U.S. Army career, they settled in Fresno in 1966, where they've lived ever since.
Rosemarie was a homemaker and a totally devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She had a passion for cooking, gardening, knitting, sewing, and an occasional trip to Table Mountain.
Her greatest passion though was giving to people. The joy she got out of generosity was second to none.
A special thank you to the staff at Orchard Park for their sincere care of our mother for the past eight months.
She is survived by her two sons, Jerry Facciani and his wife Tammy and Michael Facciani and his wife Debbie; grandchildren Christopher, Kyle, Kaleb, Chase, Seth and Cristy; and great-grandson Kyye.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns and Blair Chapel on Monday, April 24, 2006, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul Newman Center on Tuesday, April 25, 2006, at 11:00 a.m.
A Graveside Service will follow at Clovis Cemetery, followed by a luncheon at St. Paul Newman Center. Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home 1525 E. Saginaw (559)227-4048
