Evelyn Croy Marshall of Sheridan, Arkansas was born July 3, 1939 in Redfield, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Orbie Alvin and Elma Mae Whitaker Croy. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Sheridan. She had retired from Regions Bank and was an avid reader. She enjoyed crocheting, having made many baby blankets throughout the years. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Marshall died Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at St. Johns Place of Arkansas in Fordyce at the age of 75.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jackie Croy Solloway.

She is survived by her husband, John E. Marshall of Sheridan; son, Jonathan and wife Amy Marshall of Laurel, Mississippi; daughter, Lori and husband Randy Bordeaux of Monticello; sisters, Carolyn and husband Bennie Talbert of Sheridan, Marilyn Autrey of Sheridan; grandchildren, Lauren and husband Owen Tuminello and Molly Marshall; one great grandson on the way, a special son, Scott Rodgers of Sheridan, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
