Wanda Faye Rose of Westport, Wash., died June 22, 1989, in an Aberdeen nursing home. She was 54.
Mrs. Rose was born April 29, 1935, in Beattyville, Ky. She had been a resident of Westport for 25 years, moving there from Michigan. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Mrs. Rose is survived by her husband, Warren, at home; two sons, Mark Rose of Dutch Harbor, Alaska, and Toby Rose of Kelso; two daughters, Tona Kane of Forks, Wash., and Terri Walkowski of Aberdeen; a brother, Dillard Creech of Troy, Mich.; five sisters, Nella Russell and Helen Messina, both of Mount Clemens, Mich., Dorothy Jordan and Dolly Jaynes, both of Winlock, and Lola Utes of Grafton, Wis.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Winlock Cemetery with the Rev. Charles Eaton officiating. Cattermole Funeral Home is in charge.
