Cemetery office confirmed that this burial is unmarked.
Details:
There are few headstones remaining at Lusk Cemetery.
According to local papers, headstones were removed from the graves in the 1920s. Some were moved to Woodlawn. And in the 1930s, part of the cemetery was bulldozed for a road project cutting through Randle north to Oak Lane by the Works Progress Administration. Headstones were carted off, dumped in ditches, covered with dirt or taken away to be used as flagstones in local patios and gardens.
