He was the beloved husband of Mrs. Gloria W. Hughes; beloved father of Ms. Georgette Hughes, Mrs. Rosemarie Collier, and Mr. Derek Hughes and is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, uncles and a host of relatives, friends and so very many from his Civil War reenacting family that will miss him more than words can say. It was an honor to know and have George in our lives.
