Nettie A. Bostic, 87, of 25 S. Harter St., Maytown, died unexpectedly at 5:55 p.m. Monday at St. Joseph Hospital's emergency room. She was under a physician's care. She was the wife of the late Russel Bostic, who died in 1984. Mrs. Bostic retired in 1970 after 25 years at Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories of Marietta. She was a member of the Maytown Church of God and its Excelsior Sunday School class. Born in York County, she was a daughter of the late Daniel C. and Anna S. Smith Arnold. Surviving are a son, Harold A. Houseal of Elizabethtown; a daughter, Doris M., wife of Kenneth L. Barnhart, of Maytown; a brother, Mervin Arnold of Maytown; two sisters, Viola Houseal and Minerva, wife of Carl Houseal, both of Maytown; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
