PIKE LAKE - Harold E. Duhr, age 96, of Pike Lake, died Thursday, April 23, 2009, at Howard Young Memorial Medical Center in Woodruff.

He was born March 24, 1913, the son of Herman and Alice (Hankins) Duhr.On April 10, 1933, he married Tacy B. Johnson, who preceded him in death in 1957. On Feb. 12, 1966, he married Judy DeLasky.

He is survived by his wife, Judy of Pike Lake; four sons, Earl (Diane) of Mazomanie, Rudy (Glenda Sue) of Illinois, Michael (Michelle Winger) of Hazelhurst, and Kenneth (Cyndi Olsen) of Arbor Vitae; two daughters, Shirley (Wayne) Garfoot of Merrimac, and Velma (Bill) Ketelboeter of Cross Plains; three sisters and two brothers; 23 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Tacy; his daughter, Phyllis Lorraine Theis; his great-grandson, Chris Reeve; and seven brothers, Carl, Clinton, Donald, Fred, Walter Blaine, Verlin and Gordon.
