On July 22, 1996, we were blessed with the most beautiful baby girl. From the moment she was born she was smiling and laughing. When she walked into a room, it got brighter. Her aura was one of love peace and acceptance. She was very kind and always put others first. She had a great sense of humor and was a friend to everyone she met.

She graduated with top grades from Bethel High June 2014 and had just started her first semester at WCSU, pre nursing, a straight A student. Her future was bright, with her caring nature and intelligence; she would have made an excellent nurse.

Our daughter was beautiful on the inside and outside.

On 11/17/14 she was diagnosed with a stage IV glioblastoma, the worst brain tumor there is. She was gone in 2 months. 1/19/15 she took her last breath and the world lost a shining star. We lost our moon and stars, the sun in our sky.

I know she has a special place in heaven because she was already an angel on earth. We love you Sarah and will spend our whole lives missing you.

Sarah is survived by her father, Scott Esposito, mother, Elizabeth Esposito, brothers Nick and Ryan Esposito of Bethel, CT. Grandparents Ed & Carrol Hoefer of Southbury, CT and Dick & Audrey Banzhaf of Lakeland, FL along with all her Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and the most amazing group of friends.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us through this horrible ordeal.

Calling hours are Saturday, 1/24/15, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at The Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Ave, with a reception to follow at the Bethel United Methodist Church, Greenwood Ave.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The Scotty Fund, Bethel United Methodist Church or The American Cancer Society.
