Retired from General Motors worked at the GM Willow Run Assembly Plant Ypsilanti, Mi. She liked feeding the birds and the stray cats in the neighborhood she took two cats in and made them part of her family. Her sister(best friend) Virginia and her were always on the phone or going somewhere together, Mom was heart broken when her sister passed once when she was asked who of all the people she knew that passed who did she miss the most and her answer was her sister Virginia. Mom was also known for showing anyone and everyone pictures of her two granddaughters and two great granddaughters. After several years of illnesses of Diabetes, Larynageal cancer(which took her voice) and bladder cancer (which took her life) MOM passed away in Oakwood Hospital June 1 2014 at 11:40 pm...REST IN PEACE MOM. As a child Moms family was poor and she talked about not having any toys when she was young her and her sister Virginia would make believe that the bricks they played with were dolls. My Mom was one of eight children,5 Boys & 3 Girls. Mom married my dad John Myron Schudel Nov. 17, 1951 in Indiana,they had two children together my brother Richard and I,she was 29 when Dad passed. She met and married Roy not long after, their marriage wasn't a good one he was a very abusive person but she stayed with him all those years anyways-together till he passed. They have no children together.
