He graduated from Wooster High School in 1966 and from Manchester College in North Manchester, Ind. in 1971.
He was retired from Albright Welding Supply.
Rob will be deeply missed by his daughter, Lindsay Horst; his parents of Wooster, Ohio; and his brother, Jim Horst.
He was laid to rest at the East Chippewa Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
